Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a great choice! The mountain views from the room were breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of local and western options. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the local market and eateries. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The loud karaoke in the cafe during dinner, which made it a bit difficult to have a comfortable meal.

They were friendly and always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. The airport shuttle service was a great convenience, and the valet parking made our stay even more hassle-free. Our room was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and dining table added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The free toiletries provided were of good quality, and the room had a television and am/fm alarm clock for entertainment.

Although the breakfast had local and western choices, the spread was quite delicious with many varieties to choose from.

The check-out process which took too much time due to the management’s lack of petty cash, which was inconvenient for us.
